The target group of the project includes Professionals such as primary physicians, pharmacists, care givers, nurses and old people coordinating or working in elderly citizens' organizations.

Older people that will be able to make informed choices on issues regarding food and nutrition and lifestyle thanks to clear and simple messages conveyed through EHLE tools. Older people, the most vulnerable consumers, will be prevented from misleding advertising and daily communication on food and healthy lifestyles.
